I like that these are narrow and kind of short so they don't show like some innersoles. But the nylon covering makes them slippery and my feet tend to slide.Did not want a big orthotic- just a bit of cushion for those shoes that are a bit loose - or too flat or hard- love these- they are simple, comfortable, good adhesion without damaging the shoe and excellent value. I have purchased a few sets.Can’t find these in my local retailer any longer. They work great for shoes that are slightly wider than necessary, and add a small amount of cushioning too.Update: it’s nearly impossible to get the back of the tape off. Very frustratingMy left heel has been reconstructed because it was crushed, so my shoes are always a problem. I went to a wedding yesterday for 5 hours with a 1 1/2" heel (which is high for me) and my feet only had the normal pain. No additional aching. I really like the support.I do agree with everyone else - it's just a flimsy strip of double sided tape on the bottom of the pad and it was a struggle to get the top layer off without peeling the whole strip off.I like how they have a little sticky spot to keep in place. Gives my feet a little cushion & my feet don’t stick to my shoes.I was disappointed that these were not very cushiony and very narrow. Also, When I pulled the tape off of them, the sticky stuck to the paper strip instead of the insert. I had to put some two sided tape on them to stick to my sandal. Certainly not worth my money.I had a pair of fancy shoes that had been worn to too many parties. They looked good on the outside, but the inner soles were worn out, shredded, and tired (how teachers feel on Wednesdays). These liners make my shoes look better and feel better. I’ve used them for about two weeks now and they are still holding on. Also, now my shoes look fresh when I remove them at my Asian family’s front door. It is more for fancy outing shoes not for crocs or running shoesThese say sizes 8-10, and I am a womens size 9 so they should fit perfectly but they are about 60% of the size that they would need to be for my foot to fit properly on them.Adhesive is either non existent or is so minimal they do not stick. Should have taken the comments as they were.
